High Knees Exercise
High Knees is an exercise performed with just body weight, which focus primaryly on strength. Exercises mainly 3 muscles: quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings but there are more muscles involved such as trapezius, deltoids, pectorals and quadriceps in a less intense way.
