Star Jumpers

Star Jumpers is an exercise performed with just body weight. It basically consists of 4 positions. Exercises mainly 3 muscles: glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps but there are more muscles involved such as deltoids in a less intense way.

Errors

Based in U.S. Forces Fitness advice1, common errors are:

  • “Landing on a locked out knee”
  • “Not absorbing the force of the landing "
  • “Staying on the toes”
