Lunge Exercise

Lunge is an exercise performed with just body weight, which focus primaryly on strength. They are also known as Stationary Forward Lunge. Exercises mainly 3 muscles: quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings but there are more muscles involved such as abs in a less intense way.

A long lunge puts more focus on glutes while a short lunge focuses on the quadriceps.
