Isometric strength exercise

Plank is an exercise performed with just body weight, which focus primaryly on strength. They are also known as table. Exercises mainly 2 muscles: abs and glutes but there are more muscles involved such as trapezius, deltoids, pectorals and quadriceps in a less intense way.
