Proper Chin Up Form

Chin-up is an exercise performed with pull-up-bar. They are also known as under hand pull up, chin and chinup. Exercises mainly 4 muscles: lats, biceps, deltoids and abs .


Chin-ups are a variation of the pull-up exercise with more focus on the biceps instead of focusing on triceps. Both train similar back muscles.
