T Push-up is an exercise performed with just body weight, which focus primaryly on strength. They are also known as Push-up and Rotation and T Press-up. Exercises mainly 3 muscles: deltoids, pectorals and triceps but there are more muscles involved such as biceps, abs, quadriceps and glutes in a less intense way.
