Side Plank Exercise

Isometric strength exercise

Side Plank is an exercise performed with just body weight, which focus primaryly on strength. They are also known as Side Table, Utthita Vasisthasana, Lateral Plank, Lateral Pillar Bridge and Side Plank pose. Exercises mainly 4 muscles: abs, glutes, adductors and obliques but there are more muscles involved such as hamstrings and quadriceps in a less intense way.
