Step Up Exercise
Step Up is an exercise performed with chair, which focus primaryly on strength.
They are also known as Step-up onto chair
.
Exercises mainly 3 muscles: quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings but there are more muscles involved such as abs in a less intense way.
