Windmills Exercise


Windmills is an exercise performed with just body weight, which focus primaryly on mobility. They are also known as Windmills Switches and Windmill Stretching. Exercises mainly 2 muscles: glutes and hamstrings but there are more muscles involved such as calves in a less intense way.
